TC 80/20 Ripstop 3-Square Grid Fabric
This fabric features professional ripstop three-square grid weaving technology. Thickened reinforcing yarns are interwoven to form regular grid nodes, creating a reinforced structure across the whole cloth. Once scratched or pulled hard, damages will not spread widely, delivering outstanding tear resistance compared to ordinary twill fabric.
Made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton TC blend, the fabric combines polyester’s high abrasion resistance, wrinkle-free performance and cotton’s soft breathable touch. Compact surface prevents pilling and snagging, perfectly suitable for heavy-duty outdoor, construction and maintenance work.
Multiple functional finishes are optional: WR water repellent, OWR oil & water repellent and anti-static treatment to meet waterproof, stain-proof industrial requirements. We offer custom digital camouflage printing, solid colors and high-visibility fluorescent colors with stable color fastness.
